Background –

Claire is a results driven, highly effective Architectural and Construction Project Manager on delivery of capital, operating and sustainability projects at various airports. Claire had a decade of architectural design and project delivery experiences in the private sector on a variety of projects: mixed-use super-tall tower, affordable/sustainable housing, transportation, hospitality and aviation projects. Her strong organizational, methodical process building and client management, proactive execution skills leads her to successful managing large and complex projects and program opportunities. She builds efficient systems and alleviate day-to-day operations tasks upfront, and able to return to contributing to managing design on top of project management and operational excellence.

Claire holds a master’s degree in Construction Management from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Syracuse University. During the pandemic, she worked in the field at various roles supporting project delivery across LaGuardia Airport on the GC side, program management with JFK Redevelopment, core and sustainability projects at EWR and SWF airports. She gained valuable proficiencies on RFP/ RFQ procurement process and understands what attributes to a winning proposal in the current infrastructure and aviation market sectors. Claire also speaks Italian.

Claire continues in learning and practicing in multi-disciplinary environments and believes in multiplication of skillsets, team building momentum, adaptability of data technology and resilient innovation consistently are the key to deliver milestone results for a project with the millennial spin. Her management style is setting and refining clear baseline goals, front-loading resilience in fire prevention and progresses through laissez faire coaching, and servant leadership.
